Louis Burns (VP) is an accomplished major program leader with 25+ years of upward progressing experience from Project Engineer (EIT) to vice president of major projects for a globally recognized top ENR rated engineering and construction company. He is adept in many of the alternative delivery contractual contract methods used for procurement of major civil infrastructure projects for their total life cycles. He has led multiple construction projects ranging in total cost from $200 million to $2 billion across the U.S. and select markets abroad. Louis has managed several hundred project team members directly, on multiple mega civil infrastructure projects. Outside of work he enjoys being outdoors, boating, riding horses, supporting several charitable causes including Habitat for Humanity, and hanging out with family and friends.
Louis holds a Bachelor of Science in civil engineering from the University of Houston and a MBA from the University of Texas at Austin.
