Harsha has 13+ years of both domestic and international experience in Finance, Treasury, Operations, IT, Process Improvement, and Business Intelligence across various industries including Fire & Life Safety, Water, O&G, and Telecommunications. He brings with him both public and PE-backed company experience having successfully executed business transformation, M&A, and growth strategies.
Most recently Harsha served as VP of Finance & Treasurer at National Fire & Safety. Prior to that he was a VP of Finance & Treasurer at Energy Recovery where he championed transforming back-office operations as well as driving various strategic & operational initiatives powering a 4 – 6 fold increase in revenue and market cap over his tenure.
Harsha holds a Bachelors and Masters degree in Information Technology from IIITM, Gwalior as well as MBA from ASU – Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder.
Harsha is an outdoor enthusiast and in his free time loves biking and running.
