Beau Johnston is an operations leader and licensed professional engineer with more than 20 years of engineering & construction experience. Mr. Johnston has been involved in the design, construction, and commissioning of several large-scale nuclear, wastewater treatment, and food processing facilities across the United States.

He has proven experience leading integrated engineering and construction teams focused on world-class water and wastewater facilities.

In his role at IWS, he leads the Industrial Solutions Business Unit, focusing on strategic sales and execution for our industrial and food & beverage customers. He collaborates closely with the Executive Leadership Team to ensure our offerings are tailored to meet client needs, providing innovative wastewater pretreatment and water reuse solutions. His work emphasizes the importance of right-sized project solutions and effective resource management.
