Eric Siebert is the Vice President of Corporate Development at Integrated Water Services, a private equity-backed company specializing in innovative product solutions, technical and digital services, and field support for water and wastewater treatment facilities. Prior to joining Integrated Water Services, Eric held several senior positions in the water, energy and financial services industries.
Most recently, he was Vice President of Oil & Gas at Energy Recovery Inc., a publicly traded company specializing in reverse osmosis desalination, where he was responsible for commercializing several products traversing water and energy applications. Prior to spearheading the launch of the Oil & Gas business, Eric was Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Energy Recovery.
Before joining Energy Recovery, Eric was the General Manager of Coating Services for wastewater company Aegion (now Azuria). Based out of Dubai, Eric led all corrosion protection activities in the Eastern Hemisphere. Prior to taking on the operational role at Aegion, Eric was a Director of Corporate Development at Aegion while the company successfully executed a diversification strategy away from municipal wastewater into several new corrosion protection end-markets via numerous acquisitions.
Prior to transitioning to industrial services, Eric spent the first half of his career in financial services where he worked for Ernst & Young and Merrill Lynch and held various valuation and transaction related positions around the world.
Eric attained an MBA from the Booth School of Business at the University of Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in business administration from Illinois Wesleyan University.
With deep expertise in operations, strategy and valuation, Eric now focuses on executing inorganic growth initiatives at Integrated Water Services.
