Fred Siino is the President of KLa Systems, LLC, bringing 45 years of comprehensive experience in the water industry. His expertise spans design, product development, testing, manufacturing, construction, and operations, with a particular focus on industrial mixing and aeration systems.
Fred began his career as a design and construction engineer with Rhode Island DEM, followed by roles in university research and consulting engineering. In 1985, he joined Mass Transfer Systems, Inc. (MTS), where he progressed from Sales Engineer to Sales Manager, eventually becoming owner and Vice President. In 1996, Fred became Vice President of Waterlink-Wastewater Systems and later served as President of the Biological Division.
In 2001, Fred founded KLa Systems, Inc., a global leader in mixing and aeration systems, where he has since overseen all aspects of the business as Vice President and President. Following the acquisition of KLa Systems LLC by Integrated Water Services in 2023, Fred continues to lead the company as President.
Fred is an active member of the Water Environment Federation (WEF) and has represented KLa Systems as a delegate to the WWEMA for the past fifteen years. He holds a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Northeastern University and a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
