Jorge Toledo is the Vice President of Strategic Transformation at Integrated Water Services, a private equity-backed company specializing in innovative product solutions, technical and digital services, and field support for water and wastewater treatment facilities.

Before joining Integrated Water Services, Jorge spent nine years at Intertek, a publicly traded global leader in quality assurance services based in London. He began his career at Intertek as part of the Internal Audit team, conducting operational, process, and financial audits worldwide. He then advanced to the role of Controller for Global Resources, and after two years, was promoted to Finance Director for the Americas in the Global Resources division. This role brought him to Houston, where he relocated with his family. Jorge eventually managed operations for the AIM division and rose to CFO of the Building & Construction business, where he oversaw $400 million in revenue and led a team of 1,500 employees.

From October 2011 to March 2014, Jorge was part of the Internal Audit team at Dixons Retail (now Dixons Carphone), where he led financial and operational audits across Europe. Prior to that, he worked as an Internal Auditor for Media Markt Spain, a consumer electronics retailer, following three years as an external auditor with PricewaterhouseCoopers in Barcelona.

With deep expertise in strategy, commercial finance, and process optimization, Jorge now focuses on driving strategic transformation initiatives at Integrated Water Services.
