Sanctioned by the Central Texas Barbecue Association (CTBA), this event draws top-tier pitmasters from across the state to compete for the title of best brisket, ribs, and chicken. More than just a competition, the Roundup is a community-focused celebration of Texas smokehouse culture, featuring a lively atmosphere of family entertainment, livestock events, and local vendors. The Central Texas BBQ Roundup is much more than just a competition, it’s a full-throttle community festival packed with family-friendly action. While the state’s best pitmasters battle it out for brisket bragging rights, the fairgrounds come alive with a high-shine car show, interactive games for all ages, and live music!
