Harsha Tamatam

Chief Financial Officer

Harsha Tamatam, CFA, currently serves at Chief Financial Officer of Integrated Water Services (IWS). Harsha has over 13 years of diverse experience in Finance, Treasury, Operations, IT, Process Improvement, and Business Intelligence, with a strong track record in both domestic and international settings. His expertise spans multiple industries, including Fire & Life Safety, Water, Oil & Gas, and Telecommunications. Harsha has successfully led business transformations, mergers and acquisitions, and growth strategies in both public and private equity-backed companies.

Before to coming to IWS, Harsha served as Vice President of Finance & Treasurer at National Fire & Safety. Prior to this role, he was Vice President of Finance & Treasurer at Energy Recovery, where he spearheaded the transformation of back-office operations and drove key strategic and operational initiatives, resulting in a four- to six-fold increase in both revenue and market capitalization during his tenure.

Harsha holds both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Information Technology from IIITM, Gwalior, and an MBA from ASU’s Thunderbird School of Global Management. He is also a CFA Charterholder. An outdoor enthusiast, Harsha enjoys biking and running in his free time.
