Jeff Gallegos is the Senior Vice President of Operations & Supply Chain at Integrated Water Services (IWS). He is a global operations executive with more than 30 years of experience leading manufacturing, supply chain, distribution, and business transformation across private equity-backed, privately held, and publicly traded organizations. He has successfully led complex, multi-site operations through periods of growth, operational turnaround, acquisition, and organizational integration across North America, Europe, and Asia.

Throughout his career, Jeff has built expertise in enterprise operating strategy, global supply chain optimization, lean transformation, SIOP, manufacturing engineering, and post-acquisition integration. He is recognized for aligning strategy with disciplined execution to improve EBITDA, optimize working capital, strengthen customer performance, and build scalable operating systems that support long-term enterprise growth.

At IWS, Jeff is leading the integration of multiple acquired businesses into a unified product solutions enterprise by standardizing operations, strengthening engineering and supply chain capabilities, and developing a scalable manufacturing platform. A hands-on leader with extensive executive and private equity experience, he believes sustainable operational excellence begins with developing high-performing teams, establishing accountability, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
