Michael Gay is the Senior Vice President of Field Services at Integrated Water Services (IWS), a private equity-backed company specializing in innovative product solutions, technical and digital services, and field support for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Before joining IWS, Michael founded Siebert and Gay Advisory, where he specialized in Project Rescue and Consulting. Notably, he played a key role in the $13 billion Shell Ethane Cracker Plant in Monaca, PA, the largest active construction project in North America at the time. As Project Executive for Brock, he oversaw all construction and procurement activities within Brock’s scope of work.
Prior to launching Siebert and Gay Advisory, Michael served as the Director of North America for Intertek’s Asset Integrity Management division, where he had full P&L responsibility from June 2018 to May 2020. Under his leadership, the division saw a significant increase in profitability and his sales efforts generated over $250 million in new contracts between 2019 and 2020.
With extensive experience in both domestic and international markets across the construction and field services industry, Michael is well-positioned to drive growth, operational efficiency, and improved financial results for IWS.
