Travis White is President of Complete Filtration Resources, a filtration and wastewater treatment company that joined the IWS family through acquisition. He specializes in managing rapidly growing organizations and building the operational foundations that make them successful.

At Complete, Travis has led the company’s transformation from an Owner Operator Organization into one with a full strategic plan, defined vision and values, and a strong executive leadership bench — while funding that growth entirely through its own cash flow. He also led Complete’s first acquisition, a Denmark-based operation that has since become one of the company’s strongest-performing units, and has built a culture centered on accountability to employees, customers, and the communities Complete serves.

Travis began his career at Norlen Inc., where he rose to Operations Manager, overseeing Engineering, Quality, Estimating, and Sales. As a vital part of the leadership team, he helped grow the company into one of the most innovative fabrication facilities in the country, contributing to 300% growth during his tenure. He then spent four years in technical capital equipment sales at Amada America, managing the company’s leading territory in North America, before joining Complete.

Outside of work, Travis is a competitive runner, and he also enjoys hunting and golfing. He most values the time he gets to spend with his family.
