Jeb Lyne is the Vice President of Production at Integrated Water Services (IWS), a private equity-backed company that delivers product solutions, technical and digital services, and field services for water and wastewater treatment facilities.
Before joining IWS, Jeb was a Managing Director at KPMG US, where he led operations and profitability improvement initiatives for highly engineered industrial manufacturing firms. Prior to KPMG, Jeb was a Director at PwC Strategy&, where he spearheaded projects focused on business model transformation, market assessments, product portfolio management, and supply chain optimization, resulting in enhanced profitability and operational performance for his clients.
Earlier in his career, Jeb worked in PwC’s Advisory practice and in PRTM Management Consultants, where he led strategy and operations consulting engagements that delivered significant value to clients. His career began in the U.S. Navy as a Nuclear Qualified Submarine Officer on the USS West Virginia (SSBN 736 GOLD), serving in roles such as Assistant Weapons Officer, Tactical Systems Officer, and Main Propulsion Assistant. After his military service, Jeb transitioned to the private sector, holding leadership roles at The Home Depot and Charleston Gas Light, where he focused on improving operations and profitability.
Jeb holds a B.S. in Mathematics from the U.S. Naval Academy, an M.S. in Operations Research and Management Science from George Mason University, and a Masters of Engineering Management from Old Dominion University. He resides in Southlake, TX, with his wife and two daughters. An active volunteer, Jeb supports the North Texas USO, is a US Naval Academy Blue and Gold Information Officer and participates in his children’s activities with the Carroll Dragon Marching Band.
