Integrated Water Services Appoints Lynn Villard as Chief Financial Officer

As part of its continued growth efforts, Longmont-based Integrated Water Services (IWS) is excited to announce Lynn Villard as Chief Financial Officer (CFO).

“We are excited for Lynn to join the executive leadership team of IWS, “ said IWS Chief Executive Officer, David Patton. “Lynn brings the financial and industry experience that will carry IWS well into the future as we continue to grow and execute our strategic goals.”

Villard brings over 30 years of leadership experience to IWS with an extensive background in mergers and acquisitions and scaling businesses. Villard will work alongside Patton in accelerating the company’s already rapid growth trajectory.

“I am very excited to join the IWS team, “ said Villard. “Water is one of our most critical resources and IWS, in combination with Sciens, is a proven leader in the industry.”

Villard’s extensive senior-level finance and operational experience includes serving as CFO & COO of ComRent International LLC. Prior, Villard was CFO of The Industrial Company (TIC), a company he helped build and eventually sell to the Kiewit Group in 2009 where he remained as Senior Vice President until 2015.

Villard earned his undergraduate degree in Accounting from Colorado State University as well as a Master’s degree in Finance from the University of Colorado at Denver.
